Brief info
Wilkenson CESAR was born in 1987 in Port-au-Prince, the capital of Haiti. Married and father of 3 children, He is founder and CEO of the local organization called New Direction for Development (NDD) in 2009, founder and chancellor of UNDD University in 2018, Vice- president/Head of the central administration of International Police Chaplain Sustainable Development and Law Enforcement (IPCSL) With the rank of General. He is also Ambassador in Human Rights for the World Diplomatic Ambassador of ITMUT.
Academically, he is a PhD student in international program management at Atlantic International University (AIU) in the USA, and holds a Master's degree in Project Management Science since 2019 at Cornerstone Christian University located in Orlando, Florida. He studied Diplomacy and International Relations at the Center for Diplomatic and International Studies (CEDI), certified in holistic psychology with Touch Heaven International/ATMA, and a specialized certification in project management from the PM4R program of the IDB.
On the professional level, he has had more than 10 years of work experience in NGOs, private and public institutions. He is an ambassador as a member of the cabinet of the Secretary of State for Youth responsible for project development (2020-2021) for the Haitian Government; trainer and professor at the Saint-Thomas d'Aquin University of Haiti (USTAH) (2019); chancellor of UNDD (2019-2022); M&E Consultant for International School of Leadership (ISOL) (YEEA/USAID/PADF Project) (2021), Administrator and Consultant Trainer for the AQUADEV/GIZ Foundation, Swiss Red Cross (2012-2018); PE Coordinator for FOSREF (2008-2009); NDD/MERCY CORPS Project Coordinator (AVA Project) (2018, 2021), Consultant Rapporteur for PLAN INTERNATIONAL (2016).
He had associative experiences as a volunteer:
- Vice President and General of the Haiti branch of International Police Chaplain Sustainable development and Law Enforcement, Inc. of Florida, USA (2021-...)
- Facilitator and mentor of Global Potential/State Department for the Youth Ambassador Program YAP (Leadership and personal development coaching for young people aged 15 to 18 from marginal communities (January-August 2017 in Washington and New York).
